Dwight Capital is a Manhattan-based, alternative commercial real estate lender.

The firm supplies loans across a number of platforms, including Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) mezzanine financing and preferred equity. It is one of the largest FHA/HUD lenders in the U.S., with in excess of $7 billion of CRE loans as of early 2021.

Dwight's co-CEOs are Adam Sasouness and Josh Sasouness as of spring 2021.
