Bridge Investment Group is a privately-held, real estate investment management firm based in Salt Lake City.
The company is heavily focused on developments in multifamily and opportunity zones in growth markets concentrated mainly in the Southern U.S. It acquired $700 million of distressed real estate-backed, fixed-income securities in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic and sold the last of these investments back into the market one year later in April 2021.
Also in April 2021, Bridge diversified its real estate portfolio with the launch of a new industrial net lease strategy.
As of spring 2021, Bridge’s CEO was Jonathan Slager with Robert Morse serving as the firm’s executive chairman.
