“Located in the heart of the Soho shopping district, 125 Greene Street is surrounded by prime retail, restaurant and hotel destinations,” said Joseph Sitt, the chief executive officer of Thor, in prepared remarks.

The space, which spans 1,600 on the ground floor, 500 square feet on the mezzanine and the balance below grade, is at the base of a residential building.

Thor already owned 12 retail condo or co-op properties on Greene Street, one of which is an entire building (11 Greene Street).

Abie Kassin of Meridian Investment Sales represented both sides in the deal.
