Yes — we will be opportunistic buyers of all property types, except hotel. We currently have five properties under contract to purchase. We will selectively sell properties where we see advantageous pricing. As an example, we currently have four properties under contract of sale.

Reduce tax assessments to reflect reduction in values and rents; reduce excessive rent regulations and encourage condominium conversions to increase tax base and preserve housing.
