Marketing and event production company NVE signed on for 13,000 square feet on the eighth floor of the Pacific Design Center’s Green Building, according to a release from property owner and developer Charles S. Cohen.

The 11-year lease with an asking rent of $4.15 per square foot, according to Marc Horowitz, senior vice president and national director of leasing for Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation, who represented Cohen in the transaction, which was completed earlier this month. NVE was represented by Matthew Breliant of Breliant Realty. Breliant was not available for comment.

Office tenants at the Green Building include Trion Properties, which doubled its footprint at the property last year to total 10,000 square feet, as Commercial Observer reported, Dan Klores Communications and WeWork (WE). A spokeswoman for Cohen said with the NVE deal approximately 25,000 square feet of office space remains at the building.
