Denham Wolf Real Estate Services, the real estate consulting, brokerage and development firm, has promoted Leroy Li to vice president of design and construction.

Mr. Li, who previously served as a design project engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers before joining Denham Wolf as a senior project manager in 2005, will now manage and grow an existing portfolio of services with a focus on project management.

“Leroy’s strong background in design and construction, ranging from educational facilities to large-scale planning and feasibility studies, makes him ideal for this position and an integral component to a number of high-profile projects we currently have in our portfolio,” said Jonathan Denham, principal of Denham Wolf Real Estate Services.

“We are looking forward to his growth in this new role and see this as a platform for expanding our project management and development divisions over the next few years.”
