L+M Development Partners is a Larchmont, N.Y.-based real estate investment firm founded in 1984.
The company specializes in affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate housing with responsibility for more than $9 billion in development and investments as of early 2021. It has built or preserved nearly 30,000 residential units in New York’s metropolitan area, the West Coast and Gulf Coast regions.
L+M partnered with Type A Projects in June 2020 on a planned $300 million, Bronx Point mixed-use development on vacant city-owned land in The Bronx that will include the first-ever, brick-and-mortar Universal Hip Hop Museum. It is also one of the developers on a $242 million, mixed-use project in Harlem that will house a new headquarters for the National Urban League.
Ron Moelis was the company’s CEO as of spring 2021.
