A marketing firm geared toward hospitality and sports is renewing its office space in the Financial District’s iconic Woolworth Building.

Allied Global Marketing signed a three-year lease renewal for the 28,098-square-foot office it occupies on the entire 13th floor of the Cammeby’s International-owned building in Lower Manhattan, where it has been since 2016, according to the landlord.

Cammeby’s did not disclose the asking rent, but the average office asking rent in Lower Manhattan was $61.34 per square foot in the second quarter of 2026, according to a report from CBRE.

“The companies choosing to remain and grow at the Woolworth are looking for more than conventional office space,” Aron Weber, regional director at Cammeby’s, said in a statement. “They value the building’s identity, the quality of its spaces and the opportunity to be part of a community that includes leaders in architecture, fashion, marketing, design and culture. Allied’s renewal reinforces that strategy.”

Cammeby’s was represented by David Ofman and Brian Siegel from the Lawrence Group, while David Dusek from Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of the tenant.

“The location was an ideal fit for their employees, offering exceptional access to public transportation,” Dusek said in a statement. “Given the iconic building’s significance, quality ownership and the strength of the location, remaining at the property for the foreseeable future was the clear path forward.”

The Lawrence Group did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Other tenants in the building at 233 Broadway, often referred to as the “Cathedral of Commerce,” include SHoP Architects, which expanded to 56,196 square feet in March, as well as French-inspired restaurant and lounge Goody’s, which took 5,000 square feet on the ground floor in May.
