Heisman, the organization responsible for bequeathing the holy grail of trophies to college football players, is moving to an equally prestigious office.

Heisman signed a 10-year lease for 5,000 square feet at Silverstein Properties’ 120 Broadway, where it will occupy the 13th floor in 2027, according to the landlord.

Silverstein did not disclose the asking rent for the landmarked building, but the average asking rent for Lower Manhattan office space was $62.40 per square foot in the third quarter of 2026, according to a CBRE report.

Silverstein also negotiated that Heisman place a Heisman Trophy in the lobby and the 10th-floor amenity center as part of the deal.

“As we embark on the third era of Heisman where we respect the traditions of the Heisman Trophy and its winners while simultaneously endeavoring to drive purposeful innovation, it is only fitting we move into the iconic yet contemporary 120 Broadway tower,” Heisman CEO Jeff Price said in a statement. “The modern space and world-class amenities will create an outstanding environment for our team while also giving college football fans the chance to experience the legendary Heisman Trophy up close.”

Silverstein’s Joe Artusa represented the landlord in-house alongside Erik Harris of Newmark, while Michael Norris of Cushman & Wakefield handled the deal for Heisman.

C&W and Newmark did not immediately respond to  requests for comment.

Heisman is relocating from its current offices at the nearby 111 Broadway, according to the New York Post, which first reported the deal.

Other tenants in the building constructed in 1915 include artificial intelligence-powered cybersecurity company Adaptive Security, which subleased a 51,220-square-foot space from dog treat and toy subscription company BarkBox in April.
