Travel accessories brand Stoney Clover Lane plans to open a 25,000-square-foot warehouse at Industry City, Commercial Observer has learned.

The accessories seller will be located in Building 22 at the Sunset Park, Brooklyn, campus and move in during the third quarter of this year, according to a source with knowledge of the deal. Asking rent at Industry City ranges from $15 to $40 per square foot. The source declined to provide the length of the lease.

A representative for the 16-building, 6 million-square-foot campus declined to comment on the deal.

Stoney Clover Lane has other New York storefronts in the West Village and East Hampton, N.Y., as well as Palm Beach, Fla., according to its website. The backpacks, travel pouch, phone cases and luggage tag seller plans to use its 25,000-square-foot space for warehousing operations, the source said.

Industry City — owned by developers Belvedere Capital, Jamestown and Angelo Gordon & Co. — was represented in-house by Matthew Stewart in the deal. It was unclear who brokered the deal for Stoney Clover Lane, which did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The travel accessory retailer is the latest addition to Industry City. Car brands Porsche and Volvo signed two leases to take 40,000 and 20,000 square feet of space, respectively, at the campus, CO reported. And direct-to-consumer furniture rental company Feather leased 33,000 square feet at Industry City, the campus announced earlier this month. Stoney Clover Lane will also neighbor the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, fashion brand Loeffler Randall and payment application company Square
