NKF’s Andrew Sachs, Tim Gibson, Josh Gosin and Brittany Silver represented the landlord, APF Properties, in the transaction, while a Colliers (CIGI) International team of Jack Senske and Brian Given represented the tenant.

Asking rent at the 19-story building was in the mid $70s, and Learfield plans to move into their 17th-floor digs immediately, per NKF.

APF purchased the 1920s-era office building $220 million from Tishman Speyer and Cogswell-Lee Realty in 2018, according to property records. Other tenants in the building include Spark PR, the Chemotherapy Foundation and WeWork, which leased 30,850 square feet for its enterprise arm in May, as Commercial Observer reported at the time.

“We welcome Learfield to 183 Madison Avenue’s impressive roster of tenants,” said APF Properties’ Berndt Perl in a prepared statement. “The building provides column-free floors [and] high ceilings with huge windows, combining new construction features with attractive Art Deco facade and lobby for the ultimate tenant experience.”
