Davis & Gilbert LLP is relocating several blocks south to the Rudin Family’s 1675 Broadway in Midtown.

The law firm signed a 15-year lease for 86,000 square feet at the 35-story office tower between West 52nd and West 53rd streets, the New York Post first reported. It will occupy the 31st through 34th floors and a portion of the top floor of the building.

The firm is relocating from EQ Office’s 1740 Broadway between West 55th and West 56th streets. The firm will move into the new location, designed by Gensler, in 2020.

CBRE (CBRE)’s Lewis Miller, Scott Gottlieb, Brian Gell and Michael Wellen represented the tenant, and Robert Steinman represented Rudin in-house.

The 850,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1989, and is home to a number of finance and legal tenants, including law firms Ballard Spahr and Roberts & Holland, and fintech firm Bankrate

The largest tenant in the building is French public relations firm Publicis, which occupies 605,000 square feet on a lease running into 2031. That’s in addition to their 960,000-square-foot lease at Hines375 Hudson Street, as Commercial Observer reported
