Home services marketplace operator HomeAdvisor has signed a deal to double its 330 West 34th Street offices, a spokesman for landlord Vornado Realty Trust confirmed.

The Golden, Colo.-based company inked a deal to take another 45,000 square feet for the entire fifth floor of the 18-story building between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, Crain’s New York Business reported. A spokesman for Vornado would not provide asking rent for the space, but Crain’s reported it was $70 per square foot.

Steven Rotter of JLL (JLL) represented HomeAdvisor in the transaction while an in-house team of Josh Glick and Jared Silverman handled it for Vornado. A spokesman for JLL did not provide a comment and a spokeswoman for HomeAdvisor did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

HomeAdvisor—which connects homeowners with home improvement, maintenance and repair professionals online—first took space in Vornado’s Midtown West building last year. The company signed a 10-year lease for the entire 45,000-square-foot 10th floor and relocated there from 229 West 43rd Street, as Commercial Observer previously reported.

Other tenants in the 688,881-square-foot 330 West 34th Street include construction firm Structure Tone, athletic wear giant Foot Locker and women’s clothier New York & Company.
