Concert promoter AEG Live has inked a new deal at 53 West 23rd Street in the Flatiron District.

The company will occupy 28,128 square feet at the 230,000-square-foot building between Avenue of the Americas and Fifth Avenue, according to information from landlord and brokerage Adams & Co.

AEG Live’s 15-year lease is for the entire fifth floor of the 12-story property, the information indicated. Asking rent in the deal was $66 per square foot, according to The New York Post, which first reported news of the transaction.

The tenant will consolidate its main office and a satellite as part of the move, according to the Post. Its main office spans 10,000 square feet at 145 West 45th Street between Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue. The Bowery Presents, a subsidiary of AEG Live, will move to the 23rd Street office from 156 Ludlow Street between Rivington and Stanton Streets (it wasn’t immediately clear how much space it occupies there).

Lance Korman of Newmark (NMRK) Grubb Knight Frank represented AEG Live, while James Buslik, Brad Cohn and Alan Bonett of Adams & Co. represented the landlord in-house. An NGKF spokeswoman did not return a request for comment.

Other tenants in the building include finance firm Betterment Holdings, news website Elite Daily and electronics retailer P.C. Richard & Son.
