reprintsMindsInSync is moving to a 10,000-square-foot space a bit south and east of its current location at 1350 Broadway between West 35th and West 36th Streets, Commercial Observer has learned.
The global consumer goods company that invented the original memory foam bath mat is moving to a suite on the fifth floor of the 11-story 276 Fifth Avenue at 30th Street, according to a spokeswoman for EVO Real Estate Group, the brokerage representing landlord, Shlomo Bakhash‘s the Kash Group, in the deal. The lease is for 10 years and the asking rent is $65 per square foot, the spokeswoman indicated.
Elliot Klein of EVO represented the Kash Group in the deal. Abe Labaton of MHP Real Estate Services negotiated on behalf of MindsInSync. Mr. Labaton didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
The building is 95 percent occupied, the EVO spokeswoman said. As CO reported in October, comedy website Funny or Die moved into the 200,000-square-foot building through a four-year, 4,272-square-foot lease.
