The lease comes following OfficeLinks’ lease signing of a space on the 84th floor of the Willis Tower, previously known as the Sears Tower, in Chicago. The New York office will contribute to OfficeLinks’ New York portfolio that includes offices in Grand Central West, Bryant Park, Chelsea, and Wall Street.

“The open-space layouts and exposed ceilings at 450-460 Park Avenue South make the space ideal for creative tenants,” said Ms. Rampersad, commercial leasing director for The Moinian Group, in a prepared statement. “OfficeLinks offers a unique, in-demand service in New York City, and we are pleased to welcome them to the building.”

Ms. Rampersad negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord. Jonathan Tootell of Newmark (NMRK) Grubb Knight Frank represented OfficeLinks. Mr. Tootell recently joined the firm to serve commercial properties in the city with a focus on Midtown.

In addition to New York, OfficeLinks grew from a 30-office operation in Chelsea to a international virtual office provider. The company operates over 650 work spaces across the world in Class A buildings in the United Kingdom, France, Hong Kong, South Africa, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
