521 Fifth Avenue
Law firm Putney Twombly Hall & Hirson has renewed its 20,987-square-foot lease on the 10th floor of 521 Fifth Avenue. The firm has been in the building for more than 20 years and recently saw a $25 million renovation that included a new lobby, new windows and security system upgrades.
Asking rent was $50 per square foot.
Melissa Bazar of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. David Turino represented the landlord, SL Green, in-house.
Crain’s had news of the lease on June 15.
