Commercial real estate law firm Wayne M. Lopkin LLC signed a five-year, 2,300-square-foot renewal at 52 Vanderbilt Avenue in midtown. The company has occupied the space since signing a lease in 2005.

Richard Warshauer of Colliers International represented the tenant.

“We brought Wayne Lopkin to this space in 2005 for two simple reasons,” said Mr. Warshauer, who also arranged the original lease. “The quality of an owner-occupied property and the convenient location across the street from Grand Central Terminal served the needs of the firm and its clients, many of whom are headquartered in Manhattan.”

Melissa Brause Rackoff represented the landlord, Brause Realty, in-house.
