There is typically a softening in election years. How much or little will depend on the leading candidates’ policies on spending, 1031 exchanges, the SALT deduction, building standards and regulations.

Would only invest in Aurora’s projects.

Development yields versus senior preferred yields.

Debt at a steep discount.
