Past Events
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
In order to accommodate catering and room capacities, Commercial Observer requests any registration cancellations are made with as much notice as possible. Commercial Observer’s registration refund policy allows cancellations with refunds up to 3 business days prior to the event. After this period, refunds are not available, but you can transfer your registration to a colleague or you can receive a credit towards a future event for up to six months.
