Dino Fusco is Chief Operating Officer of Silverstein Properties. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operating activities of the company.nnPrior to joining Silverstein, Dino was a Partner at Goldman, Sachs u0026amp; Co. where he spent over 25 years working in a variety of real estate roles. From 2012 until early-2020, Dino was the Global Head of Goldman Sachs’ Corporate Services and Real Estate organization; from 2005 – 2011, he was Global Head of Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Strategy group; and from 1994 – 2005, he was a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Investment Banking group. Also, from 1998 – 2000, Dino helped initiate and lead Goldman Sachs’ real estate private equity efforts in Italy. Before joining Goldman Sachs in 1994, Dino was an Associate Attorney at Fried Frank Harris Shriver u0026amp; Jacobson in New York City.nnDino received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale College, and a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Georgetown University Law School. He is a graduate of the David Rockefeller Fellows program sponsored by the Partnership for New York City.nnDino and his family are supporters of the arts and Dino is an active member of the Partnership Fund for New York City. Dino is married to his college sweetheart and, together with their two daughters, resides in Lower Manhattan.

David Goldstein began his real estate career with Savills (then Studley) in New York City in 1990. With nearly three decades of avid tenant representation experience, David has provided his clients with advice and expertise in the process of lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, complex deal structuring, municipal incentive negotiations, financial analyses and portfolio optimization. To date, he has executed transactions valued in excess of $4 billion dollars across the tri-state area and the United States.

For over three decades, David has been one of Savills most accomplished real estate professionals. He has played a leading role in positioning the New York office as the premier tenant-focused real estate consultancy in the tri-state region.

As President, Tri-State, he works closely with leaders within his region to develop and execute upon the firm’s tri-state strategic plan and align Savills corporate strategy and vision with its culture, organizational development, financial and growth objectives. He continues to serve clients in a brokerage and advisory capacity and leads his respective team of brokerage professionals.

David is also a member of Savills national Law Firm Practice Group and serves on the firm’s executive committee making high-level decisions that impact the growth and prosperity of Savills occupier-focused business model.

Over the course of his prominent career, David has dedicated his expertise to serving tenants in search of creative, beneficial solutions to their real estate challenges. He has represented clients including Ralph Lauren Corporation, Wilmer Hale LLP, JonesDay, Pillsbury Winthrop LLP, J. Chris Roth is Senior Vice President and serves as the head of Global Holdings Management Group’s office business, where he is responsible for asset and portfolio management, operations, design and construction, and the leasing and marketing of the commercial portfolio. Throughout his career, Chris has had extensive experience in executing complex redevelopments, lease transactions, and business plans across diverse capital partner and tenant relationships. Prior to Global Holdings, he was a Managing Director at Hines, serving as the senior officer responsible for the Hudson Square Properties joint venture—a 6.3 million square foot, 13-building portfolio. Earlier at Tishman Speyer, Chris led asset management and finance for Rockefeller Center, in addition to other roles within the firm. He began his career in analytical real estate roles at Morgan Stanley and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Virginia.

As counsel to some of the best-known real estate developers, lenders, and owner-managers in the United States, Jon is often engaged on high-stakes matters at the intersection of law, finance, business, and policy. He operates as a navigator, translator, and guide — advising on overarching strategy, supervising deal development, framing core issues, and ushering high-stakes projects through to close.

Jon brings an unusual depth of experience to private practice, having served as chief legal officer to Silverstein Properties for 15 years and, prior to that, as general counsel at Fisher Brothers, a multibillion dollar real estate development company, and counsel at Related Companies, the largest privately owned real estate development company in New York. While in-house, Jon played a pivotal role in the planning, financing, development, and operation of some of the biggest development projects and public-private partnerships of the 21st century, including redevelopment of the World Trade Center site after 9/11 and completion of the Time Warner Center on Columbus Circle.

In addition to client work, Jon serves as co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. He helps lead a national team of more than 90 attorneys and is closely involved in efforts to both recruit and retain top real estate counsel.

Jon is an adjunct faculty member at New York Law School in Tribeca where he teaches a seminar on public and private real estate joint ventures, utilizing the redevelopment of the World Trade Center site and the redevelopment of Forest Hills Stadium as case studies. He also serves on the Selection Committee of the Alexandra Korry Scholarship Fund, awarded to first-generation college and law school students who want to pursue careers in law or public service. Jon currently serves on the executive committee of the Penn State Borrelli Institute for Real Estate Studies and the advisory board of the Penn State Cocoziello Institute for Real Estate Innovation.

Jon was instrumental in the revitalization of the historic Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, which had fallen into neglect and disrepair after 1978 when the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament was moved from Forest Hills to Flushing Meadows. As chair of the Ad Hoc Redevelopment Committee from 2013-2022, he dedicated enormous time and effort to negotiating an agreement among the key stakeholders to restore this unique urban resource, now a thriving concert venue.
