Mr. Degner has been involved in the acquisition and repositioning of apartment buildings his entire career. At the age of 26 he invested in his first apartment complex, a 9-unit property in Los Angeles. Since then, he has executed over $1 Billion in multifamily transactions. His core focus lies in developing a team with a strong emphasis on maximizing asset value through a hands-on approach to asset, property, and construction management.

Prior to co-founding PCC, Brennen was Co-Founder and CEO of DB Capital Management. DB Capital focused on value-add multifamily investments across Texas, Colorado, Utah and Nevada. Under Brennen’s leadership, the firm transacted on over 4,000 units and built a vertically integrated management and construction platform. The firm capitalized deals through joint venture partnerships with private equity, institutional investors and family offices.

Before co-founding DB Capital, Brennen served as the Director of Asset Management for MJW Investments, Inc. During his tenure, he oversaw the operation and management of an approximately $1 Billion diversified real estate portfolio. His career began in overseeing receivership and REO workouts across various asset types. However, his expertise was in the acquisition and repositioning of underperforming projects in multifamily and student housing investments. During his tenure, MJW grew from 500 beds to become a top 25 owner of student housing before his departure.

Brennen earned his Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and has a Certificate in Real Estate Investments from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the YPO Rocky Mountain Chapter and actively contributes to the community as a member of the City of Hope Los Angeles Real Estate and Construction Industries Council.

Mr. Jensen is responsible for the origination and execution of new investment opportunities across all property types and fund strategies. Prior to joining Stockdale, Mr. Jensen worked at Fortress Investment Group, a ~$50 billion AUM multi-strategy investment manager active in commercial real estate debt and equity. During his 9 years at Fortress, Chase invested on behalf of Fortress’ discretionary opportunity funds and value-add separate accounts, originating credit, equity, and preferred equity investments across all asset types. Prior to Fortress, Chase worked at Eastdil Secured in Boston and with Westcore Properties Europe in Geneva, Switzerland. Chase graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Sheri Killingsworth serves as Vice President of Marketing at TAM Residential, where she leads the company’s marketing strategy during a dynamic period of growth. She is focused on strengthening digital performance, implementing scalable marketing operations, and elevating brand consistency across a diverse portfolio. She partners closely with operations and asset management to align marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring measurable impact on occupancy, lead generation, and overall asset performance.

Prior to joining TAM Residential, Sheri was Associate Vice President of Marketing Operations at Avenue5 Residential, where she oversaw marketing operations for a portfolio of more than 55,000 unit across Texas, Colorado, Utah, and Southern California. Her work centered on driving operational efficiency, enhancing data and reporting capabilities, and creating standardized frameworks to improve marketing performance at scale.

Earlier in her career, Sheri served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Lincoln Property Company, where she led national brand strategy, corporate communications, and integrated marketing initiatives to elevate the company’s market presence.

Mr. McCann’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from Elon University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
