Cathy Cunningham

Cathy Cunningham is the Executive Editor of Commercial Observer. Born and raised in Scotland, Cathy got her U.S. journalism start as a CMBS reporter for Institutional Investor in New York in 2005. After the global financial crisis she was a mortgage analyst for Bank of Scotland before moving to CREMAC Asset Management, where she was involved in the acquisition of commercial real estate whole loans and CMBS. Since 2016, Cathy has been responsible for leading Commercial Observer's finance coverage nationwide.
