In the largest deal, private equity firm Brenton Point Capital Partners will relocate to 10 Grand Central from 900 Third Avenue and occupy 9,000 square feet on the building’s 24th floor at an asking rent of $108 per square foot, according to Marx.

Meanwhile, CornerStone, an artificial intelligence-powered human capital management firm currently located at 11 West 42nd Street, will occupy 5,000 square feet on the second floor of 10 Grand Central, at an asking rent of $85 per square foot, Marx said.

“These leases reflect the range of top-of-line companies choosing 10 Grand Central and the beautiful experience we offer,” Craig Deitelzweig, CEO of Marx Realty, said in a statement. “Brenton Point and Cornerstone will each benefit from an environment that brings together thoughtful design, highly personalized service and an extensive collection of hospitality-inspired amenities. ”

Cornerstone was represented by CBRE’s Josh Pernice and Frederick Fackelmayer. Brenton Point was represented by Owen Reda and Gary Davies, also from CBRE. JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, Thomas Schwartz, Carlee Palmer and Margaux Kelleher represented Marx in both deals.

The brokers and tenants did not immediately respond to Commercial Observer’s requests for comment. The length of each lease was not disclosed.

Standing 35 stories high next to Grand Central Terminal, 10 Grand Central takes a hotel-like approach to the office environment, offering tenants concierge services and amenities worthy of a five-star resort. Other tenants at 10 Grand Central include global data intelligence firm Curinos, bank holding company Merchants Bancorp and national business advisory firm Riveron.
