All My Children Daycare & Nursery School Leases 6,500 SF in Brooklyn

An early childhood center signed a lease for 6,500 square feet in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
All My Children Daycare & Nursery School — which has several locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens — will expand to 800 Empire Boulevard between Troy and Schenectady avenues in August. Asking rents were $35 per square foot.
The day care signed the five-year lease on June 14, with plans to move into the space two months from the signing date. All My Children will be located on the ground floor of the six-story apartment building.
Tri State Commercial Realty’s Fredy Halabi handled it for the tenant, and Halabi and Avi Akiva brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord, 800 Empire Blvd. LLC.
“I’m proud to have placed All My Children Daycare & Nursery headquarters in the heart of crown heights so they can continue to grow their community schools,” Halabi said in a statement.
