“Clarendon is an ideal location for Industrious as we expand our network across the greater D.C. area and put down roots in key suburbs,” Peri Demestihas, Industrious’ director of real estate, said in prepared remarks. “We’re continuing to see demand for our locations in live-work-play neighborhoods like Clarendon, where our members place high value in an easy commute and the many activities and amenities nearby. We’re particularly excited to partner with Piedmont, as 3100 Clarendon is a perfect example of their strategy to invest in high-quality assets in prime markets.”

Industrious Clarendon consists of private offices and suites that range in size to accommodate teams of up to 10, conference and huddle rooms, a cafe and lounge area, and several wellness rooms. Amenities in the building include a conference center, rooftop deck and numerous restaurants and shops at the street level.

“We are thrilled that Industrious has selected 3100 Clarendon to continue growing their footprint in Northern Virginia,” George Wells, Piedmont’s executive vice president, said. “Piedmont is focused on providing an elevated office experience for its tenants, and through our partnership with Industrious, we look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have at the property.”

The property is nearby the Clarendon metro station, providing access to Northern Virginia and D.C.
