Italian fashion house Golden Goose will move its United States headquarters from Chelsea to 120 Broadway in Manhattan’s Financial District, according to landlord Silverstein Properties.

Golden Goose signed an 11-year deal for 13,556 square feet on part of the 33rd floor of the former Equitable Building between Pine and Cedar streets, Silverstein said. Asking rents in the building range from $55 to $75 per square foot.

The Venice-based Golden Goose currently has its U.S. headquarters in its Chelsea showroom at 535 West 25th Street and plans to move into 120 Broadway this summer.

Golden Goose joins a slew of other fashion companies in the move to Lower Manhattan in recent years. Since 2014, 19 fashion houses have relocated to the neighborhood, including Gucci, Brioni, Hugo Boss and Bottega Veneta, according to the Alliance for Downtown New York.

Silverstein handled the deal in-house via Joseph Artusa, while SavillsHoward Simson represented Golden Goose. Simson did not immediately respond to a request for comment through a spokesperson.

“We are thrilled to work with such an iconic brand to design and build a new home in one of Downtown’s most iconic buildings,” Artusa said in a statement. “We have a long history of working with artists, designers and innovators to infuse our spaces with fun and creativity.”

Silverstein recently completed a renovation of the 105-year-old Beaux-Arts tower and closed on a $510 million refinancing for the property last year. Other tenants in the 40-story building include engineering firm Thornton Tomasetti, Macmillan Publishers and the New York City Department of City Planning.
