Financial services firm Strategic Financial Solutions and law firm Goldberg Segalla have signed a pair of leases for about 93,000 square feet at 711 Third Avenue in Midtown, landlord SL Green (SLG) Realty Corp. announced yesterday.

Strategic Financial, which helps consumers repay and consolidate their debt, inked a 10-year deal for 82,557 square feet on the entire sixth and seventh floors at the 20-story tower between East 44th and East 45th Streets. Asking rent in the transaction was $68 per square foot.

The company already occupied the sixth floor on a previous, 49,731-square-foot lease that began in 2016 and was set to expire in 2020, according to information from CoStar (CSGP) Group

The tenant was represented by David Sturner, Jessica Tenenbaum and Joseph Friedman at MHP Real Estate Services.

Separately, Goldberg Segalla also signed a seven-year lease for 10,442 square feet on a portion of the 15th floor of the building. Kyle Cimenelli of Newmark (NMRK) Knight Frank represented the tenant.

SL Green handled both transactions in-house.

The city’s largest commercial landlord also just signed a slew of deals at its properties with tenants like Greenberg Traurig, RAD Entertainment Group, Wilk Auslander and McDermott Will & Emery, as Commercial Observer reported earlier today.
