Getty Images is leaving One Hudson Square for L&L Holding Company’s 195 Broadway in the Financial District.

The photography service subleased 42,000 square feet from ad-tech company Sizmek on the entire 10th floor of the building between Fulton and Dey Streets. The length of the sublease and the asking rent weren’t immediately available for the transaction, which was first reported by The New York Post.

Daniel Levine of Newmark (NMRK) Knight Frank represented Getty, and Justin Royce of Cushman & Wakefield handled the deal for Sizmek. Levine declined to comment via a spokeswoman, and C&W’s spokespeople didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Sizmek had acquired another advertising tech firm, Rocket Fuel, which occupied the recently renovated floor at 195 Broadway until Sizmek chose to shutter the company last year. Sizmek’s offices are located at 401 Park Avenue South.

And Getty chose to decamp after subleasing its 78,000-square-foot space in Hudson Square to Oscar Health, as Commercial Observer reported last week. Oscar struck a deal for Getty’s offices because it had grown out of its 39,000 square feet in the Puck Building at 295 Lafayette Street.

The building at 195 Broadway, which is a landmarked former at&t headquarters, is also home to Nobu, Starbucks, Anthropologie, art book publisher Abrams and the corporate offices for Gucci.
