Law firm Greenberg Traurig is relocating to another Related Ross building in Downtown West Palm Beach, Fla.

The firm signed a 10-year lease to occupy about 25,000 square feet at the 15 CityPlace office development, which remains under construction, the tenant announced. The deal spans the entire 12th floor of the 25-story project. Move-in is scheduled for fall 2027.

“The move reflects our long-term commitment to the West Palm Beach market and positions us to meet increasing client demand throughout Palm Beach County and beyond,” Tracy Gerber, co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office, said in a statement.

15 CityPlace, and the neighboring 10 CityPlace, are expected to be completed next year after developer Related Ross secured a $772 million construction debt package last year. Health care provider Cleveland Clinic has already pre-leased 125,000 square feet at 15 CityPlace, which will span about 500,000 square feet.

The law firm is currently stationed at Philips Point, where it leases roughly 30,000 square feet. Related Ross, led by Stephen Ross, purchased the 448,914-square-foot office for $282 million in 2021. The two-building complex, which dates back to 1985, is currently undergoing a $120 million renovation.

Even as Greenberg Traurig departs, the building has nabbed new tenants: global index provider MSCI taking 7,500 square feet, investment bank Solomon Partners taking 4,200 square feet, and Integrity Pro Consulting taking 1,300 square feet.
