Entertainment company Anonymous Content—which has produced Oscar-winning films like Spotlight and The Revenant—expanded its New York City presence by taking over another floor in its Soho office building.

The company inked a 10-year lease for 16,113 square feet at Vornado Realty Trust (VNO)’s 155 Spring Street between West Broadway and Wooster Street, according to a Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) release. Anonymous Content previously occupied the third floor of the Soho building, and the new deal expands its offices to the second floor.

C&W’s David Mainthow represented the tenant in the deal at the six-story, 49,000-square-foot building while Vornado’s Ryan Levy handled it in-house.

“155 Spring Street is a premier location for creative, expanding businesses,” Mainthow, who brokered the deal, said in a statement. “This expansion will accommodate the tenant’s continued growth and enable them to attract and retain top talent.”

C&W declined to provide the asking rent, but a source with knowledge of the deal told Commercial Observer it was in the high $70s per square foot.

Aside from Anonymous Content, 155 Spring Street is home to The Bar Method, DJULA, APM Monaco and Luana.

Anonymous Contest, founded in 1999 to produce films and manage directors, writers and actors, also has offices in Los Angeles.

Vornado declined to comment.
