A producer of leggings, socks and leg warmers has renewed its lease for office and showroom space at 10 West 33rd Street in the Penn Plaza area.

You and Me Legwear—whose clients include Zoo York, Sugar and Rampage—will stay in its partial third-floor space for another five years, representatives for Adams & Co. told Commercial Observer. The fashion company occupies 4,619 square feet at the 453,600-square-foot property between Fifth Avenue and Broadway.

“Brands get the best exposure to wholesale buyers at the building, known in the industry as The Fashion Accessories Center,” David Levy of Adams & Co. said in a statement via a spokesman. “In addition to being located near key business contacts, You and Me Legwear benefited from the large pre-war layout it occupied, as well as the natural light the space received from the updated windows.”

Levy represented the tenant as well as the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates. Asking rent in the deal was $50 per square foot. You and Me Legwear has been based at the 12-story structure since 2003, according to CoStar Group.

While the building has been home to mostly fashion tenants, toy and electronic manufacturer Sakar International recently signed a 5,791-square-foot lease to relocate to the property, as CO previously reported. Sasha Handbags signed an 11,520-square-foot deal at the building this January, and hat-maker Straw Studios leases 2,856 square feet via a September 2015 transaction.
