Reorg Research has signed a 12,083-square-foot lease so it can move to larger digs at 11 East 26th Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues.

The firm, which provides financial analysis and information for investors and advisers, will occupy the entire 12th floor of the 21-story building owned by East Twenty Sixth Associates, the landlord’s broker Adams & Co. announced today. The asking rent in the 10-and-a-half-year transaction was $65 per square foot, according to The New York Post, which first reported news of the deal.

Reorg Research will relocate from a smaller space at 1140 Broadway between West 26th and West 27th Streets.

“11 East 26th Street is easily accessible by the subway and offers striking views of Madison Square Park,” Adams & Co.’s James Buslik, who negotiated the deal for the landlord, said in prepared remarks. “The office building is located in the center of the Madison Square Park neighborhood and is ideal for Reorg Research because the firm needed a larger workplace and wanted to stay in the area.”

Michael Joseph and Taylor Bell of Colliers International represented Reorg Research in the transaction. Messrs. Joseph and Bell did not respond to a request for comment via a spokesman.

Other tenants in the 217,991-square-foot building include the National Museum of Mathematics, Hewlett-Packard and real estate consulting agency Turner & Townsend Ferzan Robbins.
