If you’re in the market for a new job, you might want to start out at Charles S. Cohen’s Grand Central Plaza.

The building seems to be turning into a draw for employment services companies. Phaidon International, a British staffing company, has signed a 15,500-square-foot deal at Grand Central Plaza at 622 Third Avenue between East 40th and East 41st Streets, Commercial Observer has learned.

Phaidon will take up a part of the sixth floor in the 11-year lease, according to a press release from the landlord. Asking rent in the deal was $59 per square foot.

The firm will be moving from 140 East 45th Street between Third and Lexington Avenues, where Phaidon leases about 5,000 square feet, according to CoStar Group.

Marc Horowitz, the head of leasing for Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation, represented the landlord in-house along with David Glassman, Robert Tunis, Joseph Cabrera and Eric Ferriello of Colliers International, while colleague Stan Wiel represented Phaidon. A Colliers spokesman did not immediately return a request for comment.

It’s the latest in a string of employment companies that have leased at the 39-story building. Monster Worldwide, which owns job search engine monster.com, has 30,000 square feet on the 37th floor, which in November 2014 it renewed for another 10 years, as CO reported at the time. In September, employment agency Michael Page International signed a 26,000-square-foot lease to relocate from the Chrysler Building to 622 Third Avenue.
