Total Urology of New York has inked a deal for 3,207 square feet at 7 West 51st Street, overlooking looking Rockefeller Center.

The practice will take the entire either floor in the lease deal, which closed Monday, according to the tenant’s representative, Prime Manhattan Realty.  Asking rent was $65 per square foot and the lease is for 15 years.

Stanley Piesh of Prime Manhattan Realty represented Total Urology in the deal. Josh Augenbaum of Augenbaum Realty Corp. represented the landlord, listed on property records as PREF 7 West 51st Street LLC.

Mr. Augenbaum did not return a request for comment.

Its the first office for Dr. Elizabeth Kavaler, the practice’s principal, Mr. Piesh told Commercial Observer. She had originally been looking at locations on the east side, Mr. Piesh added, before this location opened up. The landlord will do a buildout of the area before Total Urology moves in.

“The floor is not huge, but it’s just perfect for her needs,” Mr. Piesh said. “It is impressive when the patients walk off the elevator and to the reception area.”

One of the office’s biggest highlights is that is overlooks the Rockefeller gardens—the greenery atop the buildings that make up Rockefeller Center, Mr. Piesh said. It’ll be something patients can take in while waiting for an appointment.

“The view was quite a factor,” he said.  “Imagine, this is your waiting area. [Patients] will be pleased to wait here.”
