Muss Development’s Jackson Heights Shopping Center will soon have a new tenant.
Jackson Heights Cardiovascular Associates will relocate from its current location at 35-20 90th Street to a 13,780-square-foot space at the strip mall, located at 7507 31st Avenue in the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens, according to the New York Daily News.
The News noted that the company has signed a 10-year lease at the 142,274-square-foot mall; DY Realty Services’ Brian Jaffe brokered the deal. Mr. Jaffe did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
In the past year, the Jackson Heights Shopping Center has welcomed other new tenants, including Petco, which took 13,500 square feet in February 2014. Around the same time, Boston-based Santander Bank signed a 4,000-square-foot lease.
Neither Jackson Heights Cardiovascular Associates nor Muss Development could immediately be reached for comment.
