reprintsUBM, an international media and communications company, has signed a 10-year lease for 26,444 square feet of space at Two Penn Plaza, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The new lease consolidates three of the company’s tri-state area offices to the building, the paper said.
UBM provides communication and marketing services to clients in over 20 countries “at live events, through digital media or in publications,” according to the company’s website.
Owned by Vornado Realty Trust (VNO), the roughly 1.65 million-square-foot Two Penn Plaza is also home to Madison Square Garden and publisher The McGraw-Hill Companies.
Adam Ardise, Richard Bernstein and Daniel Thompson of Cassidy Turley represented UBM in the transaction, while Craig Panzirer and Jared Silverman represented Vornado in-house, The Journal said.
