Headroom Digital, an audio services firm, has renewed its lease at 11 East 26th Street.
The lease covers space on the building’s 19th floor for a term of six years plus four additional months. The 6,070-square-foot space features views of nearby Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building.
James Buslik, principal at Adams & Co., represented both the tenant and the landlord, East Twenty Sixth Associates.
Asking rent for the renewal was $55 per square-foot.
Mr. Buslik could not immediately be reached for comment on the deal, but was quoted by Commercial Observer in November of last year, saying “activity at the building is going swimmingly. There’s a very strong market over there.”
He spoke at the time of another full-floor deal in progress at the building but could not be reached to confirm whether the deal in question was the 19th floor suite just renewed by Headroom Digital.
The 21-story, 217,991-square-foot building also includes space rented by Regency International, Turner & Townsend Ferzan Robbins and The Museum of Mathematics.
