Douglas Elliman retail pros Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino have been hired to lease the standalone Soho building that was once home to Tommy Hilfiger‘s headquarters, Commercial Observer has learned. The asking rent for the single-tenant building is $2.25 million.

The 11,520-square-foot elevator building at 372 West Broadway, at the corner of Broome Street, spans three floors and includes a lower level selling floor and a rooftop garden. There is 112 feet of frontage along West Broadway.

“The building can also accommodate many uses besides retail, such as a restaurant, an Eataly-style market, showroom and offices,” Mr. Aquino said in a prepared statement.” A business opening here could dominate the downtown market virtually overnight and there is nothing even remotely comparable in Soho right now. Moreover, for companies that need more space, up to three levels may be added for an extra 10,000 square feet.”

The owner, 376 West Broadway, LLC, is planning to update the exterior of the building to include larger windows.

The building has been home to a series of pop-ups.

NetFlix is the pop-up of the moment,” said Ms. Consolo, adding: “This is an extraordinary brand-building or opportunity with corner presence… The space is impeccable, too, with open floor plates and floor-to-ceiling windows for multi-level retail display.”
