reprintsDenham Wolf Real Estate Services, a full-service brokerage, consulting, development, and project management firm for nonprofit organizations, has doubled the size of its offices to 6,400 square feet with a move to 520 Eighth Avenue between 36th and 37th Streets, Commercial Observer has learned.
“Our firm is growing,” said Denham Wolf Co-President Paul Wolf in a prepared statement, “and we are pleased to expand our operations in a complex where we have successfully built our brand.”
The firm, founded in 1998, took a five-year lease for the 25th-floor space in a 26-story building which is part of the same complex in which the firm had operated for nearly 14 years. Prior to the May 19 move, the firm occupied the 3,000-square-foot, 23rd floor at 266 West 37th Street.
Eric Gural and Matt Mandell of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord New Triple Crown LLC, and Denham Wolf’s Stephen Powers represented the tenant in the transaction.
The asking rent was $46 per square foot.
