reprintsYG Kitchen & Bath Inc. has renewed its lease in Midtown South.
The kitchen and bathroom renovation company will continue to house its retail showroom and offices for its furniture business at 1115 Broadway. The company occupies a 4,180-square-foot space on the ground floor of the building.
James Buslik and Jeff Buslik of Adams & Co. brokered the transaction on behalf of the tenant and the landlord, Eleven Fifteen Associates. The length of the deal was not disclosed, though the asking rent was upward of $100 per square foot.
The deal comes as one of six transactions for Adams & Co. across three properties. C. Wonder will be taking an additional 8,835-square-feet at 1115 Broadway to expand its presence to nearly 37,000-square-feet. Exemplis Corp. and Noreen Seabrook Marketing took 2,216 and 1,295 square feet at 11 East 26th Street.
Meanwhile, Richie Tailor Inc. and Solid & Striped LLC took approximately 1,600 square feet each in 231 West 39th Street.
“We’re popular with small companies just getting started and big ones looking for swing space,” Angela Olivo, chief operating officer, told Crain’s. “Basically anyone who doesn’t want to have to invest in their own office infrastructure, we do it for them.”
The statement speaks for 1115 Broadway and nearly a dozen other buildings in Adams & Co.’s portfolio, including 53 West 23rd Street, 48 West 37th Street, 102 West 38th Street and 110 West 40th Street, among many others, most of which are at or near full occupancy.
