Working in collaboration with the industry.

What qualities do you look for in an agent representing your buildings? 

Generally, we represent our own buildings. However, we look at each building and each agency on a project-by-project basis when needed.

What is one aspect of your business you wish you had more time for? 

Design. I wish I had more time to see different design ideas being used around the world.

More government intervention.

I would like to play myself.

I would most like to invest in London. It is a global city that appreciates superior design.

Is broadband connectivity in New York City a priority at your buildings? 

It is normal course of business.

What should happen with Madison Square Garden and Penn Station? 

We need both MSG and Penn Station to be rebuilt for the future.

What New York City building should be torn down? 

None of ours.
