Tarter Stats O’Toole Exclusively Leasing Prime Fifth Avenue Address

reprintsTarter Stats O’Toole announced its assignment as exclusive leasing agent at 587 Fifth Avenue today.
The 10-story, 43,000-square-foot building is on prime Fifth between 47th and 48th Streets.
“We are aggressively marketing three contiguous floors totaling 12,900 square feet,” Catherine O’Toole, a managing member at TSO, said in a prepared statement. “In addition to targeting tenants who are looking for a full-floor identity in an elegant boutique building. Ownership will build-to-suit for qualified tenants. This is a unique opportunity in midtown Manhattan.”
Ms. O’Toole is marketing the space with her colleague Gregory Gang. Asking rents are in the high $50s.
