“Location, location, location!” said James Famularo, the exclusive leasing agent for the building, about the attraction to the building. “They’ve been on the block for over 30 years and [they] wanted to stay in the area.”

The salon had previously occupied space at 433 West Broadway between Prince Street and Spring Street in Soho. John Dellaria and his team have been featured in several American and European publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Town & Country, Coiffure de Paris, French Vogue, among many others.

John Dellaria was also recently honored the as the first inductee into the Intercoiffure Hall of Fame.

“The space will be amazing,” added Mr. Famularo. Further details could not be released at this time, but the space features a glass elevator, high ceilings, and an exposed brick wall.

“We’re very happy to have worked on this project,” said Mr. Famularo. He was joined by his colleague Ravi Idnani from New York Commercial Real Estate Services.

The lease was set for 10 years and the asking rent was $65 per square foot.

“We receive 20 to 25 calls per day,” said Mr. Famularo, referring to intense interest from potential tenants for the Soho space. The building, however, is one hundred percent occupied with no spaces expected to become available soon.
