reprintsEastern Nationwide Supply is set to move into a new office in the coming months.
Founded in 1991, Eastern Nationwide Supply has operated as an jewelry importer and wholesale distribution in the United States. The company works out of the second floor of 22 West 32nd Street but will relocate to Olmstead Properties‘ 1261 Broadway, between 31st and 32nd Street.
The firm will take a 10,750-square-foot space that is split between the fourth and the seventh floor of the building.
In-house executive managing director, partner, and broker Steven Marvin represented Olmstead Properties and declined to comment. Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. Real Estate represented the tenant.
The lease was set for ten years and five months with the asking rent around $38 per square foot in the building.
In addition to this deal, Mr. Maslin also works as the exclusive leasing agent for several buildings in the Garment District neighborhood including 226 West 37th Street, 312 Fifth Avenue, 236 West 40th Street, and 34 West 33rd Street, a 212,00-square-foot loft-like showroom building that specifically caters to childrenswear tenants.
In addition to Eastern nationwide Supply, Mr. Maslin has completed over one hundred transactions and found new offices for companies like Sanctuary Clothing, Bob Mackie Studios, Garmmon Ragonesi Assoc., and Natalie Footwear since his time at Adams & Co.
