HMS Productions, a subsidiary of its Tokyo-based parent company, ILLIG, was found in 1997 and produces men’s and women’s apparel. The company operates over 400 boutique stores throughout Asia, North and Central America, and Africa.

The company brought in a brokerage team of Catherine O’Toole, Jonathan Mines, and Daniel Creighton from Tarter Stats O’Toole to represent them in the deal. The brokers for the landlord, Lincoln Property Company, was not disclosed.

HMS is joined by Anna Sui Inc., L’Koral Inc., Findings Inc., and Stoll America as the largest showrooms and offices in the building and occupying over 70,000 square feet and 35 percent of the building.

Several spaces are still available in the building on assorted floors from two to eighteen. The space vary from 900 square feet to nearly 5000 square feet with most designed as showrooms and some come with the flexibility of a custom suite.

In addition to 250 West 39th Street, Lincoln Property Company owns and operates dozens of residential and commercial real estate properties throughout the tri-state area.
