Legal Solutions Group, LLC has inked a new deal with Savanna for its office in 80 Broad Street.
Founded by Gary Markham in 2005, the company has grown from a small bill review service into a business processing outsourcing and software company. The company provides litigation management products, service solutions, and performance tools and has developed a web-based software application for its services.
The firm is set to extend and expand its lease to 3,700 square feet on the 27th floor of the building. The location will remain corporate headquarters for the firm who operates out of a global network of offices that spans Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific and serving clients in over 70 countries.
In-house principal and director of leasing Todd Korren represented both Savanna and LSG in the transaction.
“Savanna acquired 80 Broad Street in September of 2011 and immediately took the building off the market to implement a major capital improvement program, which includes a $19 million investment in building improvements and renovations to tenant spaces,” Mr. Korren noted about the building in response to an older lease deal, “Savanna’s capital improvement plan also includes comprehensive building upgrades with fully modernized elevators, a renovated lobby with enhanced lighting and restored stone detailing, refurbished common area bathrooms, and new common corridors.”
LSG will join several notable tenants in 80 Broad Street such as Faunus Group International, First Republic Bank, and McGivney & Kluger.
