Muss Development Inks Deal With Private Medical Group

reprintsMuss Development has brought a private medical practice into its fold by signing an 11-year lease with Tian Nian Health Management, it was announced Monday.
Tian Nian Health Management, which specializes in elderly care, will take 9,212 square feet on the concourse level at Flushing Plaza, Muss Development’s full-service building located inside a booming Asian community in Flushing, Queens.
Flushing Plaza already has other medical tenants in its 266,618-square-foot facility, including New York Hospital Medical Center, Advanced Dermatology, and Madison Avenue Orthopedic.
Tian Nian Health Management is slated to move into Flushing Plaza by summer 2012.
