After Emigrant Bank’s lease at the space on 85th Street and Lexington Avenue ended, Winick Realty’s Kelly Gedinsky said that owners Moin Development and The Moinian Group decided to completely renovate the space in place of finding a new tenant.

Gone will be the space’s brick facade, and in its place will be an all glass box, said Ms. Gedinsky, who last month was named one of The Commercial Observer’s 20 to Watch in 2012.

The space will offer three floors of retail at the bottom of an apartment building and will measure out to 3,350 square feet on the ground floor with matching 3,105-square-feet spaces on the second floor and lower levels, said Ms. Gedinsky.

The space will be brought to market in spring 2012.
