Now that male consumers aren’t cutting back on expenses anymore, they can start trimming other things.
Men’s grooming company The Art of Shaving is expanding to the Upper West Side, Crain’s reports. The company recently signed a 10-year lease for a 730-square-foot space at 2149 Broadway, between West 75th and West 76th streets. The asking rent was $350 a square foot.
This will be its sixth location, with more potentially to come.
